The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a downtown area, so close to Canal City shopping districts and transport, restaurants and shopping and the popular food places. We got huge room with extra bed as well as bathtub.
The room was too expensive, we expected better.

The hotel had a stylish design and our room was spacious with a king bed that provided a good night's sleep. The separate toilet and shower areas were a convenient feature. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Tenjin shopping district and Canal City. The staff at the front desk were helpful and check-in was smooth. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
I must mention that the lobby is located on the second floor and there is no elevator access, which can be inconvenient for guests with disabilities or heavy luggage. The decor of the hotel is also quite dark, giving it a slightly tired appearance.

Our stay at Il Palazzo was fantastic! We definitely got great value for our money with a spacious room, unique design, and excellent facilities. The location was ideal, close to "Eat Street", river cruises, and popular breakfast spots like Bills. The staff, although limited in English, were pleasant and even helped us carry our luggage.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in a prime location. Everything was within walking distance, from the bustling "Eat Street" to river cruises and the famous Bills restaurant. The hotel itself was architecturally stunning, designed by the renowned Pritzker winner Architect Aldo Rossi. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the lady who helped me reserve seats for an open top tour. The breakfast served was of good quality, and the bed in my spacious room was extremely comfortable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
